Set amid lush and colorful landscaping, this Caribbean holiday villa offers 4 bedrooms (all with queen-sized beds), a bonus room with sofa bed, 5 baths, a finely equipped gourmet kitchen, swimming pool, 33 channel cable TV, stereo, CD player, washer, dryer and a foot-friendly ocean at your back door.
Open any door at Villa Sunset Point, breathe the clean air and view the nearby turquoise sea and you will become a part of this wonderful seascape rather than just a distant spectator.
Built in the early 90's, this substantial vacation rental villa with its high ceilings and tasteful décor, places you in a tropical environment with a feeling of rustic elegance.
Villa Sunset Point has numerous decks, covered and uncovered, a hammock, and a terrace/pool-level bonus room containing a sofa that makes into a queen bed, thus giving you the benefit of 5 bedrooms. There is also a large TV in this room.

A crescent-shaped white sand beach is a four-minute walk from your holiday villa and the tennis courts are the same distance away.
A short drive away from this vacation villa rental is an 18 hole golf course, great restaurants and friendly people. Nonstop jets fly right to Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands, from a number of cities and Villa Sunset Point is located five miles from the airport.
Villa Sunset Point has 4+ bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and a deck for enjoying those memorable views of the Caribbean.
Note: The bedrooms of this vacation villa rental do not connect on the interior, thus giving added privacy, however, this could be a drawback if traveling with small children. The bedrooms are Q, Q, Q, Q, plus a sofa bed.

The Ocean Point Villas vacation rentals occupy a unique and secluded location on Providenciales (Provo) in the Turks and Caicos Islands.
Note: The air conditioning is metered in order to discourage use with the doors and windows open. It is not expensive if used judiciously and you are not charged for the first $150 per week in usage, after which there is a charge of 28 cents per kilowatt hour. There is a separate, easy to read, digital AC meter where you may monitor AC usage if you wish. There is air conditioning in each of the bedrooms, but not in the kitchen, living, dining area since this area gets an almost constant breeze coming off the sea.
Villa Sunset Point gets a comfortable, almost constant trade wind, so it would be rare to exceed the AC allotment during your vacation.
